Jotta AS does not currently have a designated EU legal representative in compliance with Article 13 of the DSA.
## Notice and Action
In compliance with Article 16 of the DSA, government officials, trusted flaggers, and the public can report illegal content on Capture.

## Opportunities for Redress
You have the opportunity to seek redress if you have been affected by action taken as part of our DSA compliance. You can also seek judicial redress as per our [Terms of Service](/terms/capturetos-en.html).
### Notices Submitted Concerning Illegal Content
If you have received a decision based on your report under Article 16 of the DSA and you have concerns about the outcome, you may submit a complaint via legal@softwarelab.no.
### Account Disabled or Terminated
If your account has been disabled, you may submit an appeal within 30 days of receiving the notification via legal@softwarelab.no. Once an account has been terminated, it is not possible to reinstate the account or your content that may have been deleted.
