## Information Disclosure Principles and Policies
Telenor Software Lab is dedicated to preserving the privacy and confidentiality of our users. When we receive requests for information, we thoroughly review each one to confirm its legitimacy and ascertain whether the requesting party is authorised to access the data they are requesting.
We will only provide information and content from an account to parties other than the account owner, including law enforcement, if their request is lawful. We will only provide information that relates to a specific identifiable account, and ask that as much information as possible is provided in any requests to ensure the correct account is identified.
We only accept information requests from Norwegian law enforcement agencies, government entities, or courts. Any foreign entities should use established legal or diplomatic means to request information via their Norwegian counterparts.

## Content Moderation
### Child Sexual Abuse Material
We use automated methods to scan for known Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM") uploaded to our services. Any detected CSAM will be reported to the Police or other relevant authorities, and offending accounts will be terminated without notice in line with our [Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy](/terms/capturetos-en.html).
